With an estimated $170.1 million being reported in its coffers as of Sunday's estimates, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice looked like it had broken all of the records it could get its hands on. Yet the DC Comics film couldn't beat a rather interesting record after the actual grosses came in this afternoon. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is no longer the highest grossing Warner Bros film on record.
